Sodexo Senior Director, Entegra Business Performance in Boston, Massachusetts

The Business Performance Leader is an integral part of Entegra’s growth strategy.This leader will work to ensure operational and team efficiencies that are effective across the Entegra organization, involving our Clients and Internal Stakeholders. The Business Performance Leader will work in direct alignment with the Entegra Leadership Team ensuring the most critical business priorities are being executed from a process, project, deployment, accountability, and results/measurement standpoint.

This is a virtual role and the preferred candidate will reside on the East Coast or Central United States.

The successful candidate will:

  • Provide governance of Entegra’s agreed to strategic growth initiatives. .

  • Be involved in the annual planning process to define key initiatives, projects, process improvement opportunities and new ways of working that will enable Entegra to achieve growth targets.

  • Ensure or enable functional alignment, awareness and focus through the coordination of Business Planning engagement and efforts.

  • Work internally with leadership from Supply Chain, Transversal Teams, and Segments to understand best practices, built trust and collaboration.

  • Serve as Entegra’s Internal Business Consultant – solving problems and uncovering/implementing solutions.

  • Provide strategic execution & utilization of Salesforce cross functionally within Entegra – bring alignment to business needs and growth goals.

  • Represent Entegra’s Salesforce needs, leveraging internal teams.

  • Own & produce Entegra’s performance roadmap – Intake, Strategic Plan, Governance Process, Delivery, Communication, Monitoring, Continuous Improvement

  • Work with business on product /solutions development and delivery using client insights and industry data and trends

  • Establish KPIs and drive accountability organizationally.

  • Acting Project Manager/Change Consultant for large strategic cross functional initiatives;

  • Provide business related support: research, data analytics, develop solutions, deploy solutions, operationalize as/when needed.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Experience in the hospitality industry (10+ years)

  • Certified project manager

  • The ability to develop and maintain professional, positive working relationships with supervisors, peers, staff, managers, customers, and vendors/suppliers.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare and present effective presentations to clients and senior level executives.

  • The ability to interpret, analyze, and explain financial information.

  • The ability to systematically gather information from a variety of sources, analyze information, identify implications of data, draw appropriate conclusions, generate viable alternative solutions to a question or problem, and evaluate the consequences of choosing each alternative.

  • The ability to promote a client-focused culture that strives to exceed client needs, requirements, and satisfaction expectations. This includes working with key clients and strategic partners to actively listen to concerns and requests; identifying needs and requirements and providing solutions; establishing organizational protocols or systems to identify client issues, trends, and opportunities and effectively integrate them into strategy.

  • The ability to plan resource requirements and secure resources to ensure the successful completion of designated projects and to effectively manage time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently.

  • Knowledge of the customer’s business priorities, values, and preferences.

  • Knowledge of Entegra/Sodexo contracted products and their application.

  • Knowledge of business operations and roles across the organization.

  • Ability to perform business assessment, research, and analysis.

  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry, research resources, and their application.

  • Ability to anticipate, adapt to, and address changing conditions of the market. This includes the ability to integrate analyses of market conditions, strategic business direction, and consumer needs.

  • Ability to foresee and understand the impact of strategic decisions on operations, especially as these pertain to client relations.

  • Ability to convert general data and findings into applied, specific information and suggestions that add value to business planning.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience: 10 years

Basic Functional Experience: 10 years functional experience, Certified PM, Proficient Power BI and Data Analytics
