This role is suited to a seasoned professional with more than 10+ years of related experience in community and ecosystem building and growth with healthcare technology companies. Experience building and growing revenue generating partnerships as well as complex enterprise deals is required.
This role will own both our existing, foundational enterprise and growth-stage partnerships that support our business, as well as building new alliances. Both health partnerships and non-healthcare businesses will fall into this purview. This role reports into the VP, Partnerships.
Define and lead strategy and execution with key senior executives to broaden, prioritize, and strengthen partnerships
Own the relationship management and commercial strategy with our priority distribution, deployment, development and data partners
Create and build channel partnerships that drive revenue for Olive Works, Olive Helps, Olive Shares, and Olive Assures product lines
Build and manage a team of Account Leads that will assist and run the day to day partnership needs and focus on growing their book of partnerships
Understand business requirements and sales opportunities that require partnerships and deliver against the GMs, CTO, and Sales leadership needs.
Partner with internal stakeholders including product, sales, strategy on overall engagement strategies and GTM sequence on complex opportunities to drive high impact
Contribute to relevant industry organizations and events to promote Olive products and to help further develop Olive partner economy
10+ years of experience of building communities, ecosystems and partnerships in healthcare technology
Deep understanding of the dynamics of dual-sided marketplaces and how to deliver value to the consumers, partners, and platforms involved
Track record of complex, 8-9 figure revenue generating enterprise engagements, preferred business development experience
Experience owning the P&L and commercialization for partner solutions and programs
Passion for healthcare and disrupting it with technology for the betterment of patient care
Deep relationships with healthcare leaders including, health system c-suites and consultants
Experience hiring, building, and running national and global teams
