We are building and transforming applications on Asset management, Trading and brokerage & Securities Services/Custodial Services for one of the top tier Investment banks and we are looking for top Software Engineers as independent contributors and team players.

Your Responsibilities
Go to person for Informatica design, code development and one who leverages industry best practices to implement end-to-end ETL Data Integration solutions using Informatica
Ability to develop complex business solution in highly demanding environment as per the industry standard practice/recommendations and provide hands on guidance to team members.
Provide high-quality solutions to the customers and lead the effort of problem understanding, scoping, solutioning, designing and estimating
Work with business experts to understand business needs, translate business requirements into system functionality, and ensure that results meet established needs, goals, and timelines.
Design, development, testing and deployment of Informatica mappings and workflows
Clearly document and communicate technical designs, solutions, and issues.
Act as a mentor to the development team and conduct code reviews
Your Skills
Extensive experience in Informatica development
Create Informatica mappings with transformations likes Editor, Source Qualifier, Joiner, Router, Update Strategy, Filter & work with sessions, workflows, mapplets
Worked with Power Center Mapping Designer, Workflow Manager, Workflow Monitor, Repository etc. including creation, testing and scheduling workflows
Strong working experience in creation of Sessions and Workflows
Knowledge on creation of Reusable Transformations to improve efficiency
Ability to import / export data using data loaders.
Strong in SQL with ability to performance tune SQL queries
Ability to user various database utilities for data loading
Working experience in understanding data models and creating ETL architectures.
Prior Experience in executing at least 5-8 end to end Datawarehouse projects
Skilled in working with virtual teams across cultures and organizational disciplines
Secondary skills / knowledge (desirable)
Experience in Sybase, SQL Server, DB2
Experience in any other ETL tools like ODI, DataStage, Ab Initio
Exposure to building cloud services is desirable
Unix Shell Scripting
Investment Banking domain experience
3 rd party scheduling tools
Your Qualifications
BS/MS in Computer Science or related fields.
7 years in Informatica development.
Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing and Big Data concepts.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies in a dynamic environment.
Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience with Agile process

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
