Iron Mountain Senior Manager, Corporate Development in Boston, Massachusetts

  • Lead financial modeling and valuation analysis.

  • Prepare presentations, reports and other materials for senior executives, including the Board of Directors.

  • Coordinate due diligence activities and lead meetings with internal project teams and external parties.

  • Assist in transaction structuring and negotiation.

  • Manage the internal M&A reporting process.

  • Produce completive intelligence research.

  • Conduct transaction retrospective analyses.

  • Complete various ad hoc requests and projects.


  • 10 years of relevant experience, 5+ years of M&A experience, ideally with 2+ years of Corporate Development experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a similar area

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, experience with Google suite a plus

  • Financial analysis and modeling expertise

  • Baseline level of negotiation skills

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously, as well as work through ambiguity

  • Good communication skills and ability to interface with various internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, business owners and other third parties

  • Strong work ethic and ability to complete assignments with limited oversight
