About the Position
The Global Program Engagement Manager drives the adoption of Salesforce’s most critical programs with key customers, so they can continue to realize value with their technology investments. This dynamic and diverse team engages with our top strategic customers as trusted advisors, driving scalable and unique solutions.
This person will work closely with multi-functional teams to develop program content with product teams, and ensure other customer facing teams are armed with the right materials to drive adoption.
The ideal candidate will be a champion of critical Salesforce programs, takes a consultative approach working with a multifaceted list of customers, and can provide critical feedback back to the organization to drive better program adoption globally.
Increase customer adoption related to critical company programs
Develop trust based relationships as the point of contact for all program engagements for key customer accounts and provide ongoing expertise
Identify key challenges and develop solutions. Synthesize customer feedback and concerns to drive critical product & policy decisions
Engage & build key relationships within Business, IT, and Information Security teams
Drive common agendas and joint workshops that include, IT, Security, Compliance & Audit, Legal & Privacy teams
Provide inputs to the product management and engineering organizations with customer-generated requests and security and compliance education and training to various internal organizations.
Drive multi-functional team meetings to deliver solutions while mitigating risks and resolving issues.
5 years of shown functional with Salesforce technologies.
Salesforce Certifications like Administrator, Platform App Builder or Consultant certifications.
Experience working with external customers and partners. Comfortable leading group discussions including crafting and communicating materials tailored to a customer’s individual needs.
Exposure to Identity, Access and Authentication technology such as SSO, Directory-based authentication, Multi-factor Authentication, logging & event monitoring technologies, encryption, key management, and permission management using internal and external stores.
Experience with the Salesforce Platform and its free and paid security capabilities like User Access Management and Shield
Great to have Information Security Certifications like CompTIA Security+, Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), CertifiedInformationSystemsSecurityProfessional (CISSP), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), CIPT.
