As a Delivery Senior Manager on our Services team, you will play a key role in the growth of our Services practice.

Role Description

Delivery Directors and Senior Managers manage a vast portfolio of delivery engagements and large-scale projects varying in complexity, industry domain, local/regional locality, and complex use-cases. In addition to driving projects to completion, you will assist with resolving project escalations for project issues in the assigned territory, providing oversight for quality control and risk management. You will be responsible for contributing to the operating unit strategy for growth.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple strategic engagements or large programs

  • Lead broad strategic engagements, drive operational change, and develop comprehensive governance plans for large scale programs

  • Manage key client expectations, communications, and grow relationships

  • Collaborate on the growth strategy, and build strong relationships with internal & external (partner) organizations

  • Play the role of independent project reviewer on large scale projects

  • Facilitate organizational change, and help clients drive operating model change by implementing standard methodologies for integrations

  • Provide leadership and direction around delivery methodologies

  • Collaborate with Sales and CS leadership and find opportunities for expansions

  • Continue up-leveling of knowledge within the delivery team for Mulesoft products and integration solutions

  • Contribute to the Services methodology & offerings

  • Contribute to customer success plans that will drive post-sale client outcomes

  • Ensure all projects have a defined set of metrics and clearly implemented Key Performance Indicators following the Catalyst framework

  • Mentor and coach other DM's in the team

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or industry equivalent work experience

  • One of the following certifications

  • PMI PMP, Prince2, CSM I, PSM I, PMI ACP, or Prince2 Agile

  • Experience and track record with managing large projects following formal methodologies

  • Demonstrated ability to work within complex, matrixed organizations with multiple constituencies

  • Proven track record of managing cost, schedule, and scope of concurrent projects, identifying and handling project risks and issues with successful project remediation outcomes

  • Demonstrated ability to identify client expansion opportunities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience presenting to steering committees and/or customers at the director or VP/senior level is required.

  • An attitude for enablement - training and providing knowledge transfer to client and Mulesoft partner resources

  • Experience working with large System Integration companies is beneficial

  • Ability to work in collaboration with client leadership, project manager and/or scrum master to lead and advise on the implementation

  • Servant leadership mind-set
