Job Description
Oracle Security and Controls practice in oracle consulting team is responsible for implementing Oracle ERP & HCM Cloud security and the Oracle Controls products to our customers. Our growing customer base and product portfolio offer exciting opportunities for broad and rapid skill development. We are looking for consultants who have in-depth Oracle HCM cloud security and HCM Advanced Control.
Work as a team lead to successfully implement HCM security and HCM Advanced Control. The ideal candidate would mentor and train new analysts onshore and offshore, oversee HCM security and controls implementations, identify product gaps and work with product development to address them, help with internal initiatives to create accelerators and content library, come up with innovative solutions to handle client requirements, ensure successful completion of the product within budget and on schedule.
At least 6 years of HCM security implementation with underlying knowledge of Oracle HCM modules. Internal Audit experience and/or implementation of controls are preferable. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area.

• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Requirements Document, design document, test scripts etc)
• Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Be proactively engaged with internal initiatives to create best practice library, repeatable solutions to make the implementations more scalable
• Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. Disclaimer:

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)
California Pay Range: from $95,900 to $192,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $90,600 to $172,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $90,600 to $182,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $101,300 to $182,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
