As a Senior Principal Enterprise Technology Strategy, you will participate in the growth and development of the Strategy practice at Publicis Sapient. Your role will focus on shaping value-oriented technology and digital transformations for our clients and delivering strategic advice in the early stages of these transformations. Your role includes designing and maintaining the overarching technology and IT strategy, ensuring that all systems, applications, and processes align with business objectives, standards, and best practices to support long-term growth and efficiency. You will assess the current state of client's technology, identify opportunities for technology-driven growth, develop roadmaps to capitalize on those opportunities, and design operating models in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You are expected to stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies. You will work in multidisciplinary teams comprised of business strategists, experience strategists, and data strategists to formulate recommendations that address customer needs and frame downstream work. The role requires a strong background in commerce, marketing, cloud, platforms, integrations, supply chain, and / or retail operating systems.
Lead teams to deliver value-accretive technology strategy and transformation
Actively participate in the entrepreneurial construction of the strategy consulting team: support the recruiting process, define ways of working, contribute thought leadership
Devise enterprise architecture specific technology strategy related product offerings, proposals and develop new business
Effectively manage team to produce quality client recommendations
Build trusted relationship with clients based on credibility and active listening
Provide thought leadership to shape and scope top-down “answer” on building digital business transformation road maps
Develop a comprehensive enterprise architecture strategy that encompasses future-state architectures, governance structures, and transformation roadmaps to guide from current to future state.
Act as a liaison between the strategy team, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure strategic alignment and the successful translation of business vision into actionable plans.
Analyze market trends and technology advancements, helping out clients to take advantage of emerging opportunities while mitigating risks associated with digital and technology transformations.
Skills & Experience:
Over 8 years of Strategy and/or Technology Consulting experience within a global major consulting firm
Prior experience with large-scale transformations within corporate strategy at a global scale and reach
Experience in consumer-focused industries including retail, automotive, travel & hospitality, and consumer products.
Experience with product mindset and Agile ways of working
Thorough understanding of the key components of commerce transformation including interactive, marketplaces, multi-channel, retail operating systems, OMS, PIM, supply chain, integrations, cloud, and data.
Ability to interpret and create typical technology artifacts, business context diagrams, system architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, data dictionaries, and database structure diagrams
Ability to navigate a large organization and have the power of persuasion through content and confidence
Experience with IT transformation including modern operating models and organization structures
Experience designing and facilitate effective client workshops to accelerate current state understanding, identify opportunities, and build consensus across a broad set of business and IT stakeholders

Pay Range: $155,000 - $280,000. The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
