Which team is hiring? The Health & AI Chief of Staff Office – Technical Program Manager
The Chief of Staff Office within Health & AI steers the ship and is responsible for driving the rhythm of the business, as well as complex and executive initiative programs. We glean strategic oversight from our EVP and take this knowledge to drive and deliver results for the business. We do this by partnering with any team required within Oracle to deliver results.

We are specifically looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with depth getting things done at scale. Think working with cross functional teams across a large organization, moving folks towards a unified goal and north star. You drive results, not just facilitate. You possess high judgement and are a “roll your sleeve up” person with a bias for action. You possess strong ownership and a strong ability to collaborate. Within this role, you will be responsible for managing complex, cross- organizational/functional programs that impact both product and business Oracle Health & AI.
You will partner with every team in Oracle to make these programs happen. The space is fun, large, cross cutting and complex -and new. You will manage the development and implementation process for all aspects of interdepartmental delivery, plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. 10+ years’ experience developing and implementing strategy, then executing against, large cross cutting programs
You display a demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically.
You possess a technology background that enables you to understand the complexities of the sophisticated architecture of Oracle Health & AI.
You possess and exemplify maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills
You can work well with senior leaders within all of Oracle (from engineering to business) to drive results for core business initiatives.
You work well in ambiguity, can work with your team to dive into a problem and create a solution.
