Job DescriptionKey activities: - Form vision and roadmap for best-in-class Private Equity digital platform. - Hands on leader who leverages data, analytics, research, design and business understanding to ensure effective risk management while providing solutions and great customer and operations experiences. - Works collaboratively across businesses / functional areas to define, sequence, and execute a product roadmap. - Resolves complex problems including regulatory, compliance, and risk issues - Coordinate multiple projects performed by various teams, and directly drive execution of one or more initiatives. - Act as a leader and mentor for other digital product managers and agile team member- Presents persuasively and authoritatively to peers and senior leadership, while facilitating collaborative conversation - Synthesizes initiative’s business goals to set specific, measurable objectives - Drive digital products from initial concept through user research, co-creation, and rapid prototyping - Consistently delivers work that meets or exceeds commitments

Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Five or more years of digital product management experience - Strong presence and communication skills including media, public speaking, and executive leadership - Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills - Strong execution and results oriented

Preferred Skills/Experience: - MBA, 10 or more years of digital product management experience - Deep domain knowledge of Funds Services businesses, preferably Private Equity funds - Excellent management, leadership, and interpersonal skills - Strong change management skills focus on leading transformational change and development of industry changing products - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
