Olive Senior Product Manager, Provider Solutions (Olive Shares) in Boston, Massachusetts

Olive Shares is connecting providers and payers to create the Internet of Healthcare. Our team builds and implements a suite of Software as a Service (SaaS) products that integrate across Electronic Health Record systems and payer systems, with intuitive workflows and deep healthcare expertise. Our SaaS platform accelerates prior authorizations for providers, and enables the first-in-the-world real-time AI clinical reviews.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love and will fundamentally change healthcare. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: defining the product vision, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and working closely with engineering, design, marketing and support teams to ensure goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.


  • Lead the development of new products and features through the entire product development lifecycle, from product vision through go-to-market execution.

  • Conduct market and customer research to identify potential opportunities for product growth to remain competitive and drive new revenue

  • Manage the roadmap, prioritize product opportunities, refine feature ideas and maintain existing features to drive business goals

  • Maintain and update existing features

  • Produce high-level product requirements, iterate with your design and engineering teams

  • Engage stakeholders in leadership, research, data, and support, and a coordinate across teams to maintain product and strategy alignment

  • Lead and coordinate go-to-market strategies when launching a new product or feature


  • 5+ years of experience in software product management

  • 3+ years experience in Healthcare space

  • Deep experience with the provider revenue cycle management process, including the prior authorizations workflow

  • Deep knowledge of healthcare communication standards (EDI, HL7, etc)

  • Proven success leading the development of new software products through entire product development lifecycle, from product vision through market launch.

  • Extensive experience collaborating with designers, engineers, and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute, and track product releases from beginning to end

  • Experience coordinating the preparation of cross-functional teams for successfully launching new products to market

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Outstanding project and time management skills

  • Strong problem solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done

  • Experience communicating and presenting new product concepts to internal and external stakeholders, prospective customers, as well as at industry events.

  • Fluent in Agile development methodologies

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

  • Previous SaaS startup experience preferred.
