Job Description
We are helping a large bank to grow a program management team within their capital planning and treasury group. They are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager with expertise in financial risk management in a banking environment. In this role, you will help lead large-scale projects focused on improving operational efficiency and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Required Skills and Experience
8+ years of experience as a program/project manager in financial risk management
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
Basic knowledge of computer software
Relevant industry experience in banking, financial services, or related field
Desired Skills and Experience
PMI or PMP certification preferred
Experience managing projects in financial services for anti-money laundering and fraud
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, CCAR, and ICAAP.
What You Will Be Doing
Plan, manage and deliver distinct projects through all specific phases, in alignment with business and / or enterprise strategies.
Provide leadership, direction and coaching to teams(s) while partnering with business and executive stakeholders within a single or across multiple Lines of Business (LoB).
