FastTrack for Azure de-risks and accelerates Azure deployments at scale, while improving the platform. FastTrack takes a solution-centric approach, providing customers with Microsoft Azure engineers, tools and best practices significantly increasing customer success with Azure.
Our team is looking for you, a Technical Program Manager that brings great teamwork, positive attitude, high-energy leadership, and engineering execution to our customer-focus team chartered with enabling a world-class experience for Microsoft Azure cloud platform customers. This role is integral to overall operationalization of the customer onboarding experience and driving success with FT engagements.
Your areas of responsibility include:
Efficiently onboard new staff to FTA and augment skillsets with breadth and depth learning
Effectively manage readiness strategy including structuring, tracking, and reporting
Provide thought leadership and partnership to lead technical communities and provide customer insight to Azure service teams
Manage Redmond FastTrack for Azure Lab including policies, procedures, set up and maintenance
Strategic collaboration with Engineering leaders on initiatives
Utilize standard project management methodologies in driving highly effective, predictable, and repeatable processes
Drive programmatic changes to our technical enablement program into a consistent and repeatable frameworks
You possess the following attributes:
Real day-to-day customer-facing experience and empathy
Keen ability to communicate ideas effectively
Personal drive with a desire to roll up the sleeves and make things happen
Great collaboration and relationship building / networking skills
Demonstrated skills and abilities to consistently create an amazingly positive experience for customers (internal and external)
Track record of problem-solving ranging from conceptualization to implementation
Dealing with ambiguity: must have the ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple demands and shifting priorities.
Minimum 6 years of work experience in computer software industry
Demonstrated ability to build and deliver customer business results through an engineering or professional services team.
3+ years in a consulting services or customer facing environment preferred
Developer background or good understanding of development concepts preferred
Technical proficiency in one or more cloud technologies. MS Azure preferred.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
