Overview /

As a Sr. Project Manager for Numerated, you will use your unparalleled project management skills to help our clients through the implementation process of our platform. The right candidate will be passionate about getting items across the finish line, process driven, a fast learner, a strong communicator, collaborative and possess strong client relationship skills.

Responsibilities /

  • Effectively execute Numerated?s implementation process and procedures. As well as be a key contributor to the constant improvement of PMO procedures and artifacts.

  • Manage appropriate project documentation within the assigned systems (Smartsheets, HubSpot, JIRA, etc...) Particularly JIRA as a tool for Project Management

  • Communicate effectively with the client and internal teams regarding roadblocks and high-level project milestone highlights

  • Working across functions with peers I other groups to ensure collaboration for shared goals

  • Interacting with Senior Management for reporting, strategy development and execution planning

  • Manage the project timeframe with overall accountability, providing regular updates/reporting to project stakeholders and the client

  • Ensure clarity around priorities and goals for single program

  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external bank clients and partners to analyze information needs and functional requirements for the execution of each implementation

  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are necessary

  • Interpret and understand client?s business and project requirements

Candidate Experience /

  • 5-10 years of prior experience in solution implementation, project management, and interfacing with customers, ideally within a software firm

  • Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to maintain focus in fast paced environment

  • Self-motivated and self-managed with a high degree of dependability

  • Effective oral and written communication skills

  • Good problem-solving solution based skills

  • Experience and familiarity specifically in Agile project management and implementation

  • Experience in process improvement and documentation

  • CAPM Certification is a plus

  • FinTech industry knowledge is a plus
