The Project Einstein Customer Operations team manages all aspects of system installation, start-up, customer training, field service analysis and support, and program optimization. Within that team, the Robotics Systems Analyst(RSA) function is responsible for Program Startup, Program Governance, and Program Support. The measure of success on the RSA function will be the utilization of the Hugo RAS System by customer hospitals.Project Einstein Customer Operations team members are seasoned professionals with in-depth knowledge of the healthcare value chain, as well as breadth of experience across multiple disciplines. They partner with hospital management teams and payers to drive complex transformational change, implement innovative growth strategies, streamline patient-focused care pathways and optimize operations.
A Day in the Life
You will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and disseminating reports on the utilization of the fleet of robots placed at customer sites throughout the world. Your work will measure the success of programs, identify programs that require additional intervention, and develop predictive insights on the future performance of a program.
Main job duties / responsibilities are:
Analyze data from Hugo Connect and other sources concerning utilization of the Hugo RAS System
Ask relevant questions concerning the data
Make recommendaitons for further study, process improvements, etc. to further the growth of utilization
Maintain metrics and dashboards for process control and transparent communications

Data and analytics
As part of the Project Einstein Customer Operations team, you should be able to:
- Work independently, yet in close relationship with its Sales, Customer Training, Field Service, and Robotics Systems Utilization team members
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Provides administrative support to the sales function such as preparing sales and/or expense forecasts, budgets and quotas; coordinating sales meetings; etc.
Conducts statistical analysis on sales data and information to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth objectives.
Develops territorial sales quotas in accordance with the profit plan.
Maintains on-line sales and marketing system, verifying the accuracy of the data and acting as liaison with information technology in identifying and resolving problems.
Instructs sales, marketing managers, field area managers, and support staff in accessing sales and marketing information.
Prepares and controls commission incentive budgets for a particular district or region.
Performs sales calculations on sales incentives.
May administer the field sales forecasting system, which provides management with current product sales potential.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree required
Minimum of 4 years of data analyst experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years data analystexperience
Nice to Have
- Minimum of 4 years in data analysis supporting Sales, Marketing, or a Hospital Robotics Program
