About the Role
The Senior Program Manager, Cloud will be a key enabler of our Cloud Growth Strategy as part of Elastics Cloud Strategy and Operations team. You will drive initiatives related to Cloud analytics, customer analytics and insights, customer success, enablement, etc. to continue and accelerate the rapid growth of our Cloud business. This role will require working cross functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Finance.
What you will be doing:
Define and lead strategic projects and programs that span across all of Elastic, focused on our Cloud business
Drive a wide variety of initiatives, spanning Cloud operations, customer insights, KPI dashboards, and monitoring different initiatives
Develop repeatable processes for program initiation, execution, and launch
Partner with many different internal groups in Elastic that are needed to support our Cloud initiatives
What you bring:
7+ years of technical program management experience
Mandatory previous experience managing technical projects
Strong program and project management skills, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to navigate ambiguity and build plans that turn strategies into action
Ability to network and build relationships
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Curiosity and an open mind
