Job Purpose: Is your passion finding root cause to problems others could not? If so, this is a perfect role for you! As a Senior Technical Support Analyst within Global Technical Support, you will collaborate with the Post Market Investigation team to drive product reliability improvement supporting our Liquid Handling products. You will use data analysis tools, insight and methods to solve complex issues affecting the Service Organization.
International and domestic travel is required approximately 20%.
Develop expert level knowledge of existing systems for Service data generation and business operations
Responsible for data reporting on Service data streams to drive identification of new opportunities to improve product quality, delivery and cost
Determine new/unique opportunities for pushing boundaries on the service business for breakthrough initiatives to improve product reliability and customer experience.
Lead problem solving teams throughout the service organization on new issues that arise and implement countermeasures for long-term resolution
Input to/develop creative and effective support strategies, input to service manuals and creation of procedures for new products and product updates
Input to technical training for effective servicing of products
Input to development projects as a customer and service advocate
Input to design and test methods for verification of all service procedures
Perform other related duties as and when assigned.
Undergraduate degree in engineering or science.
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in a biotechnology organization
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Exceptional communication (verbal and written)
Strong MS Office skills(Outlook, Word, Excel)
Demonstrated track record of achievement
Demonstrated ability in and commitment to continuous process improvement
Familiarity with Field Service and Customer Support
Experience with automated liquid handling instruments
New breakthrough ideas to drive product reliability via the Post Market Investigation team with a focus on Service and Customer Support
Problem solving solutions based on team interactions and gemba findings
Data for Daily, weekly and monthly reporting available on – time and as needed.
Post Market Investigation team on time delivery for project implementation
