Description

The Senior Technology Implementation Professional delivers new technological solutions to meet business needs within a specified scope while aligned to enterprise objectives. The Senior Technology Implementation Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities

The Senior Technology Implementation Professional leads all phases of the product/project life cycle from inception to introduction into the marketplace by completing projects to meet specific customer needs and achieve specific cost and success outcomes. The Senior Technology Implementation Professional will gather and document business system and functional requirements, influences design to optimize support and ensures solutions meet the business objectives and requirements. Completes and/or coordinates implementation of design and requirements, testing, operational readiness, and transition to the appropriate production support team. Once products/projects are launched, monitors efficacy of products and uses customer and business partner feedback to ensure they are meeting customer needs across each customer segmentation, adjusting products over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. In addition to the description above, the Senior Technology Implementation Professional will:

  • Serve as the Care Management SME by bringing an end user current state perspective in terms of both technology and operational process areas

  • Utilize SME knowledge to influence user experience and work flow design

  • Partner with other Project Stakeholders to write, prioritize, and execute CM stories with an assigned scrum team(s)

  • Create and communicate feature capability updates

  • Serve as a liaison with CM process and operational owners to validate design of capabilities against stakeholder vision and needs

  • Create and deliver demonstration content to various stakeholders, leaders, and other forums as deemed necessary

High demand role with constantly changing priorities. Requires someone who is capable of responding to change and enjoys working in a high stress environment. The ideal candidate will be capable of coordinating multiple moving parts all at the same time and able to multi-task. You should have strong organizational skills and be a highly motivated, self-starter. You must be able to communicate effectively, skilled in emotional intelligence, and leads by example. You should be willing and eager to learn. Continually seeks to learn and understand new concepts and improve skillsets. Leads change.Able to work 8:00am - 5:00pm EST M-F and able to support some after hours or weekend work to support production release activities. Note: comp time will be provided to ensure balance and prevent burnout.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in a Product Management role.

  • 3+ years of experience in supporting Care Management

  • Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies

  • Experience in IT business analysis, including artifacts development

  • Experience problem solving and consultation within complex environments

  • Facilitating cross-functional teams' efforts

  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree of Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field
