As a Software Technical Lead, you will play an integral role in building a robust and scalable digital platform. You will architect, design, develop, test, and debug software, and your efforts will be critical to ensuring we are building and deploying code that meets the ongoing needs of our customers. You will be proposing solutions meeting product requirements, crafting development plans, leading the release process, and ensuring technical documentation is properly maintained. You will work closely with various multi-functional teams and work independently with little supervision to develop high-quality software that is aligned with customer needs and business goals. You will also anticipate future challenges and ensure the applications being built are technically sound and scalable in our rapid growth phase.
This is an individual contributor role that requires strong collaboration and leadership experience to be successful. This role will report to the Director of Digital Platform Solutions, who is tasked with developing, integrating and launching digital customer solutions across the patient care continuum.
Oversee development and provide inputs to the architecture of end-to-end SaaS solutions.
Serve as technical lead to application development teams, and propose technical solutions to meet new product requirements.
Assist with the prioritization of software development and integration tasks to achieve goals.
Lead all aspects of CI/CD deployment pipelines for development and production environments.
Contribute to software design while utilizing methodologies that meet current needs and address future technologies!
Collaborate with other teams such as Design, Product, IT and Quality.
Perform detailed technical reviews to ensure design components are being correctly implemented.
Contribute to the software test strategies and provide solutions or investigate design options with focus on software stability and reliability.
Support software builds for verification and validation.
Organize quality reviews and ensure the product’s technical documentation is up to date and accurate.
Coordinate and assist with product releases!

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related degree
8 years working in tech, consulting, IT, or related field
6 years of programming experience with at least one modern language including object-oriented design (such as Java or C# or .NET)
2 years experience as a technical project lead
Experience developing and supporting customer SaaS applications in software, web or mobile enabled data applications with strong knowledge in applications integration
Knowledge of industry standard technical frameworks, platforms and design patterns
Experience with Agile development practices and with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Project management skills, including the ability to simultaneously handle multiple tasks / projects
Excellent communication, interpersonal, verbal and written skills
Able to travel occasionally to customers or between offices up to 10% of the time
Experience with development of mobile applications
Experience working with software development in a regulated industry (medical/healthcare or similar) is a plus
Experience working with geographically dispersed teams, and flexibility to work within changing priorities
Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing and continuous integration
