KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Director, Data Reuse Program to join our Enterprise Data Services (EDS) organization.
Responsibilities:
Implement and operationalize the automation for the data reuse process, identifying client contract permissions, data asset inventory, and tagging
Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders (to include Risk Management, Internal Audit, and Legal) to continuously enhance and maintain the data reuse processes, artifacts, permissions business logic, consistent with US policies that promote appropriate data handling
Identify data assets that are allowed to be reused and determine approach for tagging, inventorying, cataloguing reusable data assets and associated attribute tags
Define, execute, and controls to mitigate the risk of data reuse while socializing data de-identification guidance, procedures, and techniques
Conduct consultations to clarify interpretations of the data reuse process, develop and deliver training and communications to build awareness regarding proper reuse of data
Set goals, offer feedback, source developmental opportunities, and provide long-term career guidance to counselees and others across the department
Qualifications:
Minimum twelve years of direct leadership experience of leading a Data Governance or risk management program
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
Able to manage change and effectively communicate to teams; advanced knowledge of the broader scope that frames the essential technical area of work with ability to use this knowledge to create incremental value and technical strategy
Advanced knowledge in strategic solution delivery models to ensure products and/or services continue to innovate and to drive continuous improvement
Outstanding verbal/written communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; capability to foster the development of high-performance teams
Capable of building strong professional relationships with ability to influence all levels across the organization; must be able to set and execute strategic initiatives for team; creative thinker with ability to identify innovative business solutions; capacity to develop strategic organization and resource plans, defining next generation business and leadership needs
