Job Description
Drive continuous improvement through the ability to see & understand the current state and future state
Ability to translate and message impactful business stories that drive action

Own and drive strategies that optimize operational performance
Identify, influence and support key decision points that optimize customer experience
Partner and maintain key relationships with Operations, Support, Product Management and Engineering organizations
Develop and monitor metrics to measure key performance indicators and business performance
Partner with teams to develop tools, dashboards & automation to deliver customer-centric innovation safely

Effective presence and ability to communicate and present forward looking plans to the highest levels of executives
Strong technical knowledge, which encompasses understanding data center systems, cloud technologies, and managing engineering resources.
Ability to succeed through collaboration and working through other internal and external organizations and individuals.
Strong leadership capabilities and strong interpersonal skills required.
Ability to learn quickly and adjust to changing priorities while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to apply independent and sound business judgment to solve complex issues.
Works independently with minimal supervision required and can lead cross-functional teams to complete projects and major initiatives using judgment, experience, and leadership skills.
Qualifications
10+ years leading complex technical/ engineering programs
10+ years of relevant work experience in program and project management
Knowledge of Apex, automation, orchestration, and release management disciplines
Experience with Confluence and JIRA development tools
Able to obtain and maintain the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position.
Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)
California Pay Range: from $120,400 to $241,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $113,800 to $216,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $113,800 to $229,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $127,100 to $229,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
