AWS Resilience Hub is a new service that provides customers a single place to define, validate, and track the resilience of their applications so that they can avoid unnecessary downtime caused by software, infrastructure, or operational disruptions.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Product Manager who will help evolve our service. We offer the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and tools, on innovative and sophisticated features that customers love, as part of a team of passionate and experienced Amazonians in a multi-cultural environment.
Key job responsibilities
Working backwards from customer needs, develop and evolve the value proposition and engagement mechanisms of our service
Identify opportunities to build compelling solutions and products to help customers better understand and manage their resiliency
Work with our product marketing management and business development teams to build and enhance our engagement with customers and team members
Influence and define our go to market capabilities, build creative and innovative content
Engage with other product management teams to define integration and better together messages
Develop global mechanisms to deliver GTM elements that may include: simplifying customer adoption, automating manual processes, creating partner engagement models, and determining linkages to other Amazon programs
Develop product content that will engage and educate customers and prospective customers
Iterate the offering to align with customer and market needs
About the team
We are a globally diverse team that are obsessed with helping customers to improve their resiliency. Our engineering, product management, solution architecture and program management team work collaboratively to solve complex customer problems, constantly raising the bar and challenging ourselves.
5+ years experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
Operational excellence, adept at simplifying complexity and developing scalable propositions
Ability to multitask - work prioritization, planning, collaboration, and management
Effective interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills
Ability to effectively lead and work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities
Experience working with highly resilient critical workloads
