What you'll do here:

  • Drive critical initiatives (e.g., research, ideation, and piloting new growth opportunities) and support functional teams’ development of short-term and long-term objectives and key results.

  • Ensure coordination of critical initiatives between business units.

  • Work with key subject matter professionals and internal partners to analyze current industry trends, expansion opportunities, competitive threats, and make recommendations.

  • Build and cultivate direct relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.

  • Lead project teams and individually execute large scale projects.

  • Analyze current business processes, recommend improvements, lead change.

Skills You Will Need Here:

  • BA/BS with high validated achievement – MBA a plus

  • 5-6 years of professional experience including a minimum of 3 years consulting and/or strategy experience at a premier consulting firm

  • Track record of achievement in delivering large, complex projects and influencing business outcomes.

  • Ability to influence senior leaders in a highly matrix-based organization in the absence of line authority.

  • Demonstrated success in maintaining perspective and focusing on the key priorities for the entire business.

  • Proven record as a good team player with an understanding of how to deliver both personal and team goals.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.

  • Highly developed analytical skills and data savvy.

  • Capacity to work independently or as part of a team with a “roll up your sleeves” approach.

  • Prior experience leading successful organizational transformation projects.

  • Is a thought leader who is creative and innovative in identifying solutions and persuading others to a course of action.

  • Ability to challenge ideas and norms with thoughtful arguments.

  • Excellent written, oral, presentation, and facilitation skills.

This position is full-time and based in Boston, MA or Temecula, CA, although other locations/remote work can be considered for the right candidate.
