The Team

Planning and Fulfillment

Our Synchronized Planning & Fulfillment practice develops integrated business and supply chain planning solutions that synchronize customer demand, supply chain assets, and working capital to drive and deliver improvements in customer service levels, supply chain efficiency and financial results. As a Manager, you will lead and deliver small or components of large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for large companies.

Manager level responsibilities include:

  • Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues

  • Determine client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches

  • Evaluate and validate analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement

  • You will be expected to implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance.

  • Managers participate in business development activities.

    Qualifications

Required:

  • 6 plus years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm, or serving as an internal consultant within industry.

  • 6 plus years of experience serving clients in the Technology sector including software, computer hardware, networking equipment, semiconductor and IT services. Industry experience is a must for this position and resources with a SEMICONDUCTOR background will be a plus.

  • Supply Chain experience focusing on Planning, Fulfillment and Logistics

  • Digital planning, fulfillment and logistics technology solutions experience with knowledge about how these enable the supply chain across the value chain.

  • Experience leading project teams and working with cross-functional / extended teams in a complex environment.

  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

  • Immigration: Limited sponsorship may be available

    Preferred:

  • Proven experience in business development and/or proposal development in support of related specialty areas

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement

  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrated ability to employ research and analytical thinking

  • Demonstrated capabilities in teamwork and leadership, including the desire and eagerness to mentor and assist in the professional development of junior staff members

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word)

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $161,000 to $268,000.

  • For AIP-eligible roles: You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

  • For incentive comp-eligible roles: You may also be eligible to participate in a sales incentive program, whereby you may be eligible to receive certain incentive compensation amounts based on achievement of certain sales goals set forth each year, subject to the terms and conditions of any applicable program document.
