Cornerstone onDemand Technical Project Manager - Remote (United States) in Boston, Massachusetts

Cornerstone is looking for a team member to lead the way for our learning content strategy development and build out. The quality and diversity of our learning content will play a big role in defining our success as a company, and our Technical Project Manager will help captain this initiative. The team member we are looking for will play a critical role in making sure that content is integrated in our products. This role not only requires strategy, but also requires practical project management and a knack for technical concepts to accomplish our goals.

In this role you will…

  • Interact, build and maintain relationships with world's leading learning content providers

  • Act as the integration specialist and provide technical leadership and consultative guidance to partners integrating to a SaaS solution

  • Provide guidance on scope, quality and timelines to make partner integrations successful and delivered on time

  • Be the liaison and interact with partners and internal Cornerstone business and technical teams on daily basis

  • Guide partners on Cornerstone standards and assist in content quality testing

  • Work on tools, guidelines, frameworks to improve overall partner onboarding and ongoing partner relationship and operationalize the end to end process

  • Successfully integrate and enable learning content providers using traditional and non-traditional e-learning methods and APIs

  • Create and implement a migration plan for existing partners as technology evolves

  • Proactively anticipate and mitigate risks as they arise as it relates to changes in vendor’s technology or Cornerstone

  • Able to easily translate and communicate technical language to business language and vice-versa

You have what it takes if you have…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience in technical integrations

  • A strong technical background and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals

  • Knowledge and experience in working with APIs and concepts like authentication, endpoint, methods, API error messages

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Strong project management skills

  • Strong efforts to achieve results with minimal supervision

  • Ability to be externally facing and having great interpersonal skills on the business and technical side of things

  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment of teamwork and change

  • Ability to adapt to different cultures, as the role requires interfacing with content partners around the world

  • Ability to work across European time zones

  • Consideration for privacy and security obligations

Extra dose of awesome if you have...

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field

  • Familiarity with a Learning Management System

  • Knowledge on e-learning standards such as AICC, SCORM, xAPI

  • Prior experience with implementation of e-learning and/or SaaS products is highly preferred

  • Experience with Cornerstone Suite

  • Work experience in any type of learning content distribution company
