IBM TRIRIGA Accelerated Value Specialist in Boston, Massachusetts
Employees in this role develop, document, and implement world-wide support and quality plans to ensure that clients receive the technical support services for their on-cloud service or on-premises software according to the applicable standard IBM support offerings. They are often assigned special projects based on business needs and requirements. Required Technical and Professional Expertise
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience and demonstrated skills in most of the following technologies:
TRIRIGA Product skills across all modules, specifically in debugging/troubleshooting
Experience in Windows and Linux operating systems
Experience in Databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2)
Experience in Application servers (WebLogic, WebSphere)
Experience in Web servers (Apache, IIS)
Experience in Multi-tier application troubleshooting
Authentication mechanisms (SSO, LDAP, Directory Servers)
Experience in Networking concepts and tracing tools
Experience in Java concepts
Experience in Browsers and browser troubleshooting
Experience in Log Analysis
Experience in Languages: SQL, HTTP, JS
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
- They need to manage time and switch between priorities to deliver results on multiple concurrent projects.
