The Job

The UI Design System Engineer role is responsible for partnering with the product design team to prioritize, manage, ideate, and develop the future of the Xandr Design System. He/She would collaborate with designers to explore new ways of solving cross-platform design problems at scale while maintaining and improving the existing components.

Additionally, this engineer would drive the adoption of our Design System across the company and ensure proper usage within all of our products.

You Have

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years experience in UI design, development, leading small teams.

  • Solid background in javascript, node.js, react, and various testing frameworks.

  • Knowledge of Kubernetes or other cloud frameworks and technologies (AWS, Azure) is required.

  • Knowledge of building APIs, system integration is important for this role.

  • Good communication and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrate ability to work proactively and independently with remote teams.
