Microsoft Corporation US Product GTM Manager for Cloud Security in Boston, Massachusetts

Come join the Microsoft US Modern Work, Surface & Security team. We’re looking for a Cloud Security product GTM manager to drive the end-to-end solution play for Microsoft Security solutions protecting multi & hybrid cloud environments.

We are part of the US Marketing & Operations (USM&O) which is the ‘Marketing and COO’ function for Microsoft United States (MSUS). USM&O executes company strategy and priorities that enable us to achieve our business goals with a focus on B2B customer engagement by developing and executing go-to-market programs (GTMs), Marketing Campaigns, and a Field Operating Model.

Responsibilities

As the US Product GTM manager for Cloud Security, you will be responsible for

  • Owningthe end-to-end Cloud Security solution play to drive significant growth in multi/hybrid cloud protection, posture management, cloud workload protection and incubation solutions

  • Developing internal propositions and campaigns to land the Play, including sales enablement contents, customer use cases, competitive insightsand relevant industryscenarios

  • Serving as an evangelist and subject matter expert across business stakeholders, field and partners,representingproduct truths and customer insightsfor Cloud Security category

  • Driving cross-solutions area GTM with Azure to accelerate Security being built-in, not bolt-on, for multi cloud environments

  • Collaborating with central marketing organization (CMO) to generate demand and shift perception and with Global Partner Solutions organization to drive partner ecosystem strategies

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business

  • OR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business

  • OR equivalent experience.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Candidate should have 5+ years of related work experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or relevant GTM roles

  • Highly motivated self-starter, technology savvy with passion for driving business growth and the ability to work in a fast-paced disruptive environment

  • Able to generate high-impact ideas, manage multiple stakeholders and drive initiatives to completion

  • Proven ability to work across virtual teams and influence others, successful track records of building collaborative partnerships and overcoming challenges through teamwork

  • Strong oral/written communication skills in front of diverse audiences, formulate and deliver insights around complex business problems in a thoughtful and persuasive manner

  • Knowledge inSCI market and solutions – experience in security marketing (especially cloud security) strongly preferred

The salary for this role in the state of Colorado is between $129,800 and $194,800.

At Microsoft, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
