Ovia Health VP Product, Enterprise (Digital Health) in Boston, Massachusetts

We are looking for a VP of Product to drive growth and innovation for our enterprise product division. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this leader will be responsible for leading the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across multiple products and services for both end-participants and B2B clients that improve the lives and health of families. You will oversee multiple product management teams, and be responsible for both the long-term vision and execution of your teams’ roadmaps and product development from ideation to launch and performance enhancement.

What you will be doing:

  • Drive the vision for multiple product roadmaps and teams aligned to company mission and Enterprise division objectives and KPIs

  • Deeply understand and empathize with families, and understand the problems they face across multiple life stages and their unique reproductive journeys

  • Deeply understand our clients (HR and benefits managers, health plan, government, and Medicaid) and identify opportunities to achieve their goals with new and enhanced offerings

  • Scale our product organization including product management and design, and ensure each team has the vision and resources they need to meet their goals, fostering a data-driven, user-centered, and results-oriented culture

  • Collaborate closely with the Enterprise commercial divisions, Clinical team, and Marketing to develop and communicate a clear and inspiring vision and roadmap both internally and externally

  • Oversee the strategy and development of our digital platform and product portfolio, including but not limited to: SAAS solutions, virtual health services, B2B tools, clinical programs and mobile apps for women’s health, fertility, pregnancy, parental well being, child health & more

What we are looking for:

  • You have a passion for family health and transforming healthcare with digital platforms and technology

  • You deeply understand both our members, our clients and the digital benefits space; you know the buyer profile inside and out and understand their pain points.

  • You have a breadth of experience leading the vision, design, and execution of a digital platform in an Agile environment.

  • You are an exceptional communicator and are comfortable with both internal and external audiences. You can paint a picture of your vision to prospects, while being comfortable talking details with engineers.

  • You are energized by being in a player/coach role, where you can use both your strategic thinking and planning skills (including the ability to set metrics, articulate strategy, identify and adjust priorities, anticipate unintended consequences, mitigate risks, and involve the right stakeholders at the right times) as well as your honed execution skills to move the organization forward.

  • You are passionate about women’s and family health, and care deeply about developing a product that makes an increasingly large impact in this space.

  • You understand the importance of leading people and developing a high-functioning and psychologically safe team.

  • You thrive in fast paced environments, embracing and leading through change and ambiguity. You have a flexible and creative mindset with the ability to overcome obstacles with a positive outlook.

  • You understand the importance of a strong product culture, and have experience advocating for strong Product Development and UX/UI Design values and processes throughout an organization

  • Cross collaboration is important to your success, and you have a track record of successful collaboration with engineering and technical teams, as well as product marketing, marketing, sales and client success teams.
