EY Webcasting Product Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

The opportunity

In recent months we have seen a surge in demand for webinars, virtual meetings and virtual events and are now seeking an experienced Product Manager to help select and manage a portfolio of virtual event technologies that will increasingly be used to deliver high profile webinars, conferences, and hybrid events across the EY business.

Your key responsibilities

As an Enterprise Technology Product Manager you will have end to end responsibility for the selection, delivery and support of a portfolio of products and services.

You will be accountable for all aspects of product management including: Planning, Innovation, Engineering, Operational Support, Financial Management, Security and Compliance, Vendor and Stakeholder Management, Marketing and Adoption.

Liaising with key stakeholder groups including our Global Strategic Events and Global Travel Meetings and Events teams you will support the delivery of some of EYs highest profile industry events.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Information Technology

  • Experince in any of these: Media Plaform Broadcaster, On24 Elite, PGi Webcaster, Microsoft Team Live Events, Kaltura

  • Approximately 10 years of experience in a comparable role

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience with online and or physical event management

  • Strong technical background with experience in production technologies
