Wellforce HR Portfolio & Project Manager in Burlington, Massachusetts
The HR Portfolio & Project Manager (HRPPM) is responsible for the HR portfolio initiatives and is responsible for managing the key project initiatives in the portfolio. These projects would include various HR initiatives needed for providing outstanding HR services for the employees and the business. The HRPPM will have high visibility with key stakeholders, collaborating and partnering with many different functions such as IT, Finance and Legal to drive the execution of the HR initiatives to achieve the success. This role will also be responsible for creating and maintaining the HR roadmap in a logical sequence considering the business priorities and dependencies.
Wellforce is undergoing major transformation. This individual will play a key role to assist in assessing the value of the initiatives, and would be responsible for all aspects of project management such as setting the expectations with the stakeholders, work plan development, managing the scope, change, schedule, resource and risk. This role will help in identifying opportunities, solution recommendations and establish tracking mechanism that will drive system-wide HR transformation for the Wellforce Human Resources function. This individual m ust display leadership skills, have exceptional communication and presentation skills and have a strong sense of urgency. This individual should be comfortable with providing the health of the portfolio to the executive leadership team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Establish portfolio and project management tracking structure; create and update the HR project dashboards to execute HR strategy and ensure consistent project management practices and risk assessment for overall HR portfolio success.
Monitor and track project plan execution and viability by driving milestone completion; identifying and removing process and operational roadblocks; managing risk and expectations, owning and consulting solution development and escalating critical decisions to reach alignment.
Demonstrate effective communication and presentation skills to disseminate project risks and success to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
Manage the project resources by assigning tasks to the team members and set expectations to meet the established initiative deadlines.
Engage with the Human Resources leadership team, HR colleagues and other key stakeholders across the healthcare system; fostering teamwork and collaboration.
Partner with the Human Resources leadership team to collect and analyze data in support of HR strategic planning processes and coordinate system-wide efforts to drive HR performance improvement and savings initiatives.
Corroborate with HR leadership and key stakeholders on sensitive and confidential information and assist in gathering time sensitive information.
Support the Human Resources leadership team with scheduling meetings, managing agendas, preparing status documents and distributing appropriate meeting and follow-up notes.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a portfolio / program / project management role is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience working closely with or on a Human Resources team.
Experience working in healthcare is desirable.
Experience with system integration and change management is essential.
Strong multitasking, ability to meet project plan deadlines.
Exceptional presentation skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills, possessing the ability to motivate team members to perform the tasks.
Track record of holding self and others accountable to meet deadlines and achieve business goals.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and closely with team members across the healthcare system.

Bachelor's degree requred. PMP certification desirable.
