Kforce HRIS Analyst in Burlington, Massachusetts

Kforce's client in the Burlington, Massachusetts (MA) area is currently seeking a HRIS Analyst on a temporary basis.Responsibilities include:

  • Monitors HR systems and interfaces for problems such as data entry errors and facilitates resolution, whether that be by fixing the problem directly or following up with the appropriate department (e.g., IT, HR, or compensation)

  • Conducts audits to ensure data integrity of employee pay and benefits information

  • Provides assistance in system upgrades/patches through testing, reporting and analysis of changes

  • Collects and distributes data as needed for reports; Develops reports and procedures needed by other internal HR departments; Ensures all standard reporting is distributed accurately and in a timely manner

  • Tier 1 support for all HR systems and data related processes

  • Communicates trends and issues to the HRIS Manager

  • Inputs data directly into core HR tools, on prem and SaaS (i.e. PeopleSoft, Workday, iCMS, SuccessFactors) for any and all data, but especially for more complex data entry like organization management data; For mass changes, creates load files, processes them using load tools and audits load files against system in order to ensure data accuracy

  • Other duties as needed

  • Attention to Detail: Data is precise; HRIS analysts have to make sure they are vigilant in their analysis to come to correct conclusions

  • Deep proficiency in MS Excel and HR technology

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Collaborative and strong sense of teamwork

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work is critical

  • Nice to have - PeopleSoft (they use 9.1/ PeopleTools 8.54.10): PS query and data knowledge for Integrations; Security requests/provisioning/troubleshooting; Manager self-service inquiries

  • Exposure to integration support for products such as ADP Payroll, Taleo, SAP, iCMS

  • Experience supporting Performance, Compensation, Succession Planning a plus
