Keurig Dr Pepper Manager, Organizational Change Management in Burlington, Massachusetts

Job Overview

We are seeking a Manager, Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead and support our Product Supply Chain Excellence Transformation Program. Focus areas include business process, systems, technology as well as people changes including job roles, organizational design and communication.

The Manager, OCM will play a key role accountable to establish user adoption with minimal business disruption as we implement a multi-year supply chain roadmap. This role will establish and implement OCM strategies, coach business leaders to fulfill their roles as Sponsors, and directly support project teams to integrate OCM activities into all work plans and timelines.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record successfully leading OCM for large programs, including relevant experience performing analysis, change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communication and training.

This role requires ability to assess people, process, and technology change impacts as well as a passion and capability to deliver change programs in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as is the ability to work at both a very detailed and strategic level.

What you will do:

  • Aggregate changes from multiple projects into a consolidated OCM impact assessment for leadership review

  • Implement change networks to create project awareness and promote business expertise and ownership

  • Drives change laterally across matrixed teams and organizations using influencing skills and leading by example

  • Provide leadership to identify user alignment gaps, identify risks and issues, and effectively preparing the organization to manage through them.

  • Design and develop OCM related communication plans and deliverables, ensuring messaging and execution are consistent with organization’s vision and principles.

  • Partner with our HR teams to inspire change optimization through communication, influence, process, data and technology solutions.

  • Partner with multiple project teams across functional areas to promote stakeholder engagement and adoption of process and solutions

  • Establishing project specific change management goals, success criteria and metrics

  • Partner with local change mgt. teams at sites to deliver global content

  • Engage in continuous improvement techniques to incorporate learnings into the project and process methodology

  • Multiple projects completed within supply chain business functions, across locations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience leading large scale organizational change efforts.

  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

  • Experience developing change strategies and producing organization wide communications to support.

  • Solid understanding of project management methodology with an emphasis on quantifying OCM related status and progress

  • Demonstrated experience conducting workshops with business partners and employees experiencing change

  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to travel up to 50% during peak times of project
