Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

DCS Area Access Administrator (IC4)
Data Center Services (DCS) is part of the Oracle Could Infrastructure (OCI) organization. DCS is built around the purpose of providing stellar infrastructure products and services. DCS enables this by selecting, building, delivering, and then running our regional data center footprints around the globe. DCS also manages the colocation data centers for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure worldwide. This includes region research, discovery and acquisition, region physical delivery, daily operations, and eventual region retirement.
DCS is seeking a detail-oriented Principal Program Manager to drive the Data Center Physical Security Access Management program forward. This role will require the candidate to be strategic in their planning and detailed in their execution. The candidate is expected to own the access management program, tighten up efficiencies and provide detailed goals and plans to bring initiatives across the goal line. As a cross-functional team member this role requires strong cross-discipline communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement with many different teams internally and externally to OCI and Oracle. Possessing a strong personality yet fostering positivity will be pivotal in the success of this Principal Program Manager role. The candidate should have a working knowledge of physical security and/or access management compliance controls.
Responsibilities:
Recommend, communicate and implement improvements to processes
Strong understanding and navigation of how changes to process can affect multiple teams and their processes
Ability to Identify division wide issues and work effectively with key stakeholders to drive them to resolution
Oversee and monitor monthly and quarterly reviews of data center access lists and badge swipe reports for all OCI data centers
Develops and reviews access management assessments and reports on findings, consult and close on remediation plans, track status, aggregate results, and report to management / leadership
Liaison with corporate Global Physical Security team when related to scope of work
Owner and champion of access management compliance controls
Prepare reports and provide updates to stakeholders
Maintain record of repository according to relevant compliance requirements
Fulfill evidence requests for access reviews and audits
Support ad-hoc data analysis requests
Improve documentation, track progress and performance, participate in improvement efforts, monitor process improvement effectiveness, and regularly communicate and present to DCS management
Utilize authorized change management and communication practices in coordination with the Knowledge Management team
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in a security related field (access management preferred)
2 years of relevant program management experience
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Positive yet strong mentality
Working knowledge of email, Word and Excel
Experience working in a fast paced, continuously evolving, environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate in group environments
Flexibility with work hours due to globally based team
