CVS Health Product Owner - Digital Shared Services Platform in Burlington, Massachusetts
As a Product Owner in CVS Digital you will work in a fast-paced environment and will carry the responsibility to manage an important part of our Digital Shared Services Platform. The potential areas of focus is to operationally manage and optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment capabilities for our internal application teams. You role will be to provide the best in class services to make developing software at CVS as easy as possible. These are largely SaaS and API-based services, so a technical background is highly desired.You will be guiding multiple scrum teams with representation from architecture, engineering, product management and others. This role affords you the opportunity to expand your skills by working alongside talented and passionate teammates from diverse backgrounds. You will be contributing to building CICD capabilities that are a critical part of our health care platform.Key responsibilities: - Understand customer needs to define product direction and articulate user stories and features- Decompose high-level requirements into features, user stories and tasks, manage and prioritize the product backlog, participate in scrums and meta-scrums, and validate delivered solution designs- Communicate impact of work completed for our customers and evangelize the platform.- Understand, assesses and critique the defined architecture and ensures that the scrum team delivery is aligned to that architecture- Partner with engineering team to define, track and test user stories in an agile software development life cycle- Answers questions from development and stakeholders about what is being built and why it matters.- Provide product subject matter expertise and leadership- Work with program management to track schedule against the roadmap and escalate risks and issues- Manage and communicate risks that impede success of your team; escalate to product manager to level set or resolve as necessary.

5+ years of experience working in a SAFe Agile or Agile team in a leadership role. Leadership preferred to be product owner, product manager, scrum master, RTE. Open to “lead” roles as well. 5+ years of experience presenting and creating presentations for multiple audiences focusing on KPIs. Comfortable with public speaking.5+ years of experience working for a large, corporate organization that supports customer needs. Preference for retail organizations. 2+ years of experience implementing CICD frameworks and DevOps transformation for microservice and mobile development.2+ years of experience writing measurable and actionable user stories
