The Project Coordinator/PMO reporting specialist focuses on supporting key aspects of project management financial function to ensure the successful monitoring of the projects involved in the merger of two companies. The successful candidate will be able to interact with project and program managers on project financial and resourcing needs for multiple projects. Monthly analysis of forecasts and actuals with variance analysis to report and follow up on discrepancies. Ability to understand complex projects and translate the requirements into monthly financial forecasts. Work with senior management to provide analysis and create ad hoc reports based on management requests about monthly forecasts/actuals and budgets.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Responsibilities as the Project Coordinator/PMO reporting specialist are as follows:

• Planning and execution of specific project management tasks including but not limited to financial reporting, data capture, analysis, and governance support.

• Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data

• Responsible for forecasts, budgets, analysis and variance explanation

• Assess proposed changes and corresponding impacts by analyzing and interpreting data

• Effective tracking and communication of project status and metrics

• Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are accurate and complete

• Develop automated accounting applications and coordinate information requirements

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:


• Understanding of project management practices and practical application of these principles

• Knowledge of planning and analysis tools for project management

• Excellent oral and written communication, strong presentation skills for interfacing across internal & external teams

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities

• Ability to assume ownership of responsibilities, and can work with minimal supervision

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint and Teams


• Familiarity with Service Now and Clarity PPM


• 3 plus years of relevant experience in Project Finances and Reporting: Developing Standards, Problem Solving, Cost Accounting, Financial Planning and Strategy, Reporting Research Results, Requirements Analysis

Minimum Education Required: Bachelors Degree in relevant field

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $84K-$110K*
