CVS Health Senior Digital Platform Product Manager in Burlington, Massachusetts

As a Product Manager in CVS Digital's Health Cloud group, you will be responsible for developing and driving the execution of a roadmap for enterprise-wide identity and access management platform capabilities that enable consistency, scalability, and performance across our portfolio of products. This is an opportunity to directly impact millions of end users and improve their engagement with CVS Health's broad portfolio of applications while enabling our agile teams to build unified experiences quickly and efficiently.-Translate business needs into innovative solutions.Work closely with our business partners to understand desired outcomes, identify opportunities to deliver business value, and create product plans that balance rapid innovation with achieving a longer-term vision. Create and maintain product roadmap.-Create a market-leading internal and external customer experience. Drive the definition, development and deployment of best-in-class platform capabilities that substantially enhance the engineer workflow and ultimately the end user experience.-Collaborate with technical teams to drive execution. Partner with project teams, vendors, engineering, architecture, analytics, systems specialists, and other technical resources in this hands-on role driving platform capabilities from inception to implementation.-Communicate the plan. This role requires superior communication and presentation skills to clearly articulate what we are doing and how we are doing it to a variety of cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and team members.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 95,000

Maximum: 209,000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of product development experience and working with engineering teams to define, scope, and prioritize product requirements. Plus, experience creating requirements and designing APIs and enterprise services based on an API-first approach and experience building products and services to accelerate engineering teams. 3+ years of experience with Iaas, Paas, and cloud technologies.3+ years of experience with DevOps, Kubernetes, Infra as Code and modern web/mobile application development concepts and technologies.3+ years of experience with product lifecycle management, customer adoption and marketing strategy.2+ years of SAFE / Agile PO/PM experience.This is a remote / 100% telework position.Ability to travel up to 10% annually.

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience.
