CVS Health Senior Digital Product Manager in Burlington, Massachusetts

Job Description

-The Senior Digital Product Manager is responsible for developing digital products, and driving new product capabilities from concept to successful delivery and adoption.- Translate business needs into innovative solutions - Work closely with our business team and other key business partners to create a product vision, understand and help identify business value, understand required use cases and capabilities, and translate these into product requirements. Product managers play a critical role in creating alignment between engineering teams and stakeholders- Create a market-leading customer experience - Drive the definition, development and deployment of best-in-class capabilities that substantially enhance the consumer experience and address CVS’ strategic and financial objectives- Collaborate with technical teams to drive execution – Partner with project teams, vendors, development, analytics, systems specialists and other technical resources in this hands-on role driving products from inception to implementation- Build and communicate the vision - This role will have high level exposure and require superior communication and presentation skills to deliver insights to stakeholders and team members, including executives.- Help drive our digital strategy - Conduct product and competitive research to help shape long and short term strategy while providing quick and clear value add to the business.- Product Manage a robust, secure and compliant foundational platform
- Work with the DFP leaders and architects to develop a roadmap for the foundational platform. Including Product team responsibilities of managing technology choices, costs and security considerations.
- Work with a variety of stakeholders, both leaders and engineering management, to identify opportunities for the foundational platform
- Work with solutions across digital to support their business objectives; through PI planning and other planning cycles Promote adoption across Digital and beyond
-Work with stakeholders to support feature adoption and on-boarding.
- Make sure that timelines and priorities are honored.
- Work with customers and DFP engineering teams to setup lunch and learns and other methods to solicit feedback and mature DFP capabilities Team Management
- Work with Architecture and Engineering to plan our PI's more bottoms up and account for operational considerations while organizing DFP features
- Work with management, PO/PM's (both DFP and customer) to gather data and other inputs when making decisions
- Apply institutional knowledge and history to find the best strategies to promote DFP
- Work with HR and my managers in support of the hiring processDigital Foundational Platform (team mission statement)-Provide a technology platform and supporting services designed to enable product development teams to build, test and publish their apps quickly and securely. Its self-service, Platform as a Service (PaaS) products are re-usable and support multiple applications. DFP provides visibility into application performance, data security and development workflow via standard dashboards, and allows development teams to customize many aspects to suit their unique needs via easy-to-use, intuitive command line interfaces (CLIs) and application programming interfaces (APIs).

Required Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in product development in a retail, healthcare, digital or regulated business setting (ideally using agile development methods to create/implement CRM, ESP, marketing cloud, or other personalization technology- Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a Digital organization. - Ability to work cross functionally to align multiple teams and plan roadmaps. - Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the healthcare industry. - Experience working with architecture and engineering teams. - Ability to think strategically and promote products in leadership meetings.


Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
