Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Ten or more years of project management, product design or related experience needed.

We are looking for a skilled Program Manager with a passion for evangelizing the customer experience, changing company culture, and delivering results. In this role, you will work with Operations and Support stakeholders across Oracle to align business models and standards, metrics, and create a new paradigm for success. You should enjoy meeting and greeting leaders across the organization, digging in to fully understand their businesses, and creating roadmaps to align large, functional groups toward a unified vision.
Own the end-to-end program that identifies opportunities for alignment between OCI Technical Operations and Support and partner Oracle organizations
Ardent relationship building, discovery, function mapping and comparison, and creation of an overall data strategy
Build and resource the roadmap that extends across organizations to tackle alignment opportunities quickly
Dive deep into varying operational models as they exist across the company
Serve as the expert and evangelist representing OCI Operations and Support to Oracle partner teams
Iterate scorecard metrics to the appropriate level of detail to baseline and eventually compare teams’ performance
Experience you bring:
BS or MS degree and a minimum of 8 year of Program Management experience in a related field or industry
Experience building multi-quarter, cross-team programs from scratch – starting from an ambiguous prompt, you have built actionable strategies and solutions, identified manageable milestones, and delivered successfully and on time
Experience building partnerships with senior leaders and team members across diverse business units within an organization
Problem-solving skills and the demonstrated ability to draw conclusions from quantitative analysis, scope technical requirements, and effectively prioritize program deliverables
Demonstrated ability to self-motivate and deliver, to make decisions quickly and then iterate if changes are needed
Career experience working in a support or operations organization is quite awesome, but not required
