General Electric Senior Program Manager in Burlington, Massachusetts

Job Description Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-oriented Senior Program Manager to deploy strategic programs and change initiatives across the organization. The candidate will have outstanding program and change management skills, be a self-starter, and be comfortable with ambiguity. The candidate is also a customer advocate with exemplary communication skills and the ability to influence without authority.

The successful candidate will work in lockstep with multiple business, compliance, operations, and product teams to execute controlled changes. The candidate will have a proven record of full cycle program management, from conception to adoption.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage multiple programs and drive change initiatives including risk and stakeholder management

  • Design, deploy, and manage a project intake mechanism and prioritization methodology.

  • Analyze and understand structured and unstructured data, determine insights, and drive actions across stakeholder groups

  • Build and implement processes that will allow the organization to scale to future demand

  • Define and deploy change strategies, manage stakeholder communication, and drive adoption

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or equivalent)

  • 6+ years of relevant program and change management experience leading large-scale, complex and cross-functional programs

Desired Characteristics

  • PMP, CCMP certification

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired, and ambiguity is the norm

  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and shifting schedules

  • Ability to anticipate and manage change in a highly dynamic environment
