Stock Plan Administrator

We are seeking a Stock Plan Administrator to join our team where this key individual will be responsible for all stock plan administrative activity for the company’s global stock programs, including equity grants and the employee stock purchase plan.

  • Administer all aspects of the equity programs, including maintenance of data (new hires, terminations, etc.) in the equity system, reporting, and participant transactions (grants, exercises, distributions, ESPP contributions, forfeitures, etc.) to ensure they are correctly processed and settled in a timely manner.

  • Work closely with internal departments and third-party consultants to address issues or changes to the equity plans and related administration processes.

  • Manage all aspects of the Employee Stock Purchase Program including open enrollments, reconciliation of contributions from all North America payrolls and perform purchase.

  • Ensure reporting of all dispositions including issuing year-end surveys.

  • Coordinate with Global HR teams to capture all new grants for equity approvals on a monthly basis.

  • Prepare communications and present equity-based programs to all levels of employees

  • Act as an equity administration resource to participants and internal/external business partners providing them with complete and accurate information.

  • Work closely with Finance, Legal and Payroll for accurate reporting and maintenance of the blackout list and blackout windows.

  • Perform audits to ensure that all data (grants, exercises, distributions, ESPP contributions, forfeitures, etc.) are processed timely and correctly.

  • Ensure equity processing adheres to all SOX and other established controls, reviewing and updating controls as needed.

  • Reconcile cash and shares related to stock plan transactions on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis with Finance, the transfer agent and brokers, including monitoring and audit of plan reserve balances.

  • Represent the equity program(s) in all communications with external/internal partners, answering questions and proactively leading communication efforts for program(s).

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • 3-5 years of experience of increasing responsibility in stock plan administration.

  • Analytic experience in data structuring, reporting and trend analysis around stock plan metrics.

  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, complex environment.

  • Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience with Equity Edge Online a plus.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or similar field and/or combination of related professional work experience.
