Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

*Who are we looking for? *
We are specifically looking for a Technical Program Manager to join the Oracle Identity Services Team. You will be responsible for managing complex, cross- organizational programs that help ensure Identity customer issues are resolved quickly, efficiently and effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage processes relating to customer support, operations, and development of tools to support Identity service users.
Ensure Identity meets OCI Customer Support OLAs and continuously improves performance and efficiency.Be responsible for the predictability and consistency of all processes that ensure we deliver against service requests and concerns raised by customers or customer facing teams
Quickly triage customer issues with limited information ensuring the correct priority and speed of resolution
Identify common customer issues and drive initiatives to enable customer and support team self-resolution without the need for escalation to service teams
Define and articulate processes, policies, and commitments that drive customer satisfaction. Working with interdepartmental stake holders and cross-functional teams to define and execute process improvement initiatives to improve quality and efficiency
Manage projects from initiation through delivery ensuring they meet objectives and are completed on schedule.
Assign and monitor work of Identity team members, providing support and direction.
Engage and collaborate regularly with customer facing teams, such as Customer Support, Customer Success Management, Center of Excellence, and the Field.
You display a demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically.
You possess a technology background that enables you to understand the complexities of the sophisticated architecture of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle’s Identity services.
Broad and deep technical knowledge about Oracle and other Identity services as well as how Oracle SaaS/PaaS solutions identity requirements and integrations
Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills
Highly technical background strongly desired
Work well with Identity leadership to establish and maintain a Customer Support improvement roadmap, setting appropriate expectations and insuring our product and services meet our high operational excellence standards
