Raytheon Technologies Technical Support Specialist in Burlington, Massachusetts

Performs a wide variety of technical tasks in support of Data Assurance and Customer Support processes with the Logistics Operations Core team. The position generally requires an individual with customer support experience to assist in the development of procedures and techniques to improve customer support; requires ability to work with some autonomy to perform customer support and check for work correctness for self and others. Tasks will require the candidate to observe, analyze and report on test data and configuration data and when appropriate make necessary repairs to data and procedures. During the performance of duties, the position utilizes various engineering and scientific drawings, manuals and other related documentation.

Customers are using Raytheon Technologies equipment, tools, and procedures in support of Missile maintenance at their facilities. This position using PMSC program specific processes and procedures to support customers at depot locations around the world and in Andover, MA.

This position is in support of the Patriot Missile Support Center program (PMSC) to ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and maintenance of Missile configuration and testing records. In doing so, shall require direct customer contact to handle questions & concerns regarding PMSC support. Such support focuses on maintenance and improvements to accuracy of configuration and test data for Patriot Missiles or Components owned, maintained and managed at customer depot locations.

Required Skills:

Minimum 6+ years of related experience

Provide direct customer support to several levels of internal and external personnel

Experience in operating in compliance of Export / Import Regulations and policies

Support remote customer support, by E-mail, phone and proprietary customer support tools

Microsoft Office software suite of tools

Knowledge of software systems in general, including general networking concepts necessary to interact with systems at remote locations

Desired Skills:

Microsoft (MS) Excel and other MS Office tools

Common relational database query tools/language such as Structure Query Language (SQL)

Experience in the application of SQL and other commercial tools for accessing Oracle Relational Database(s)

Ability to work large sets of data and aggregating data in various methods to detect non-conformance to various criteria (rules)

Prior experience or knowledge with the components of the Patriot Missile or HAWK Missile systems

Prior “Helpdesk” functional experience in support of remote customers and the tracking, cataloging and reporting of customer issues.

Required Education:

High School Diploma with 6+ year's applicable experience

U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems
