The Demo Team is looking for an awesome designer to create jaw-dropping designs that will transport customers to another world. With us, you'll help craft innovative customer demos for global strategic events. We collaborate with product marketing, customers, and executives to demonstrate how customers solve the business problems of today and tomorrow with Salesforce. Our work helps guide product development. Whether you are conceptualizing creative new apps, designing beautiful landing pages, or animating awesome user interactions...you'll help bring our customer stories to another level. Through meticulous application of UI/UX, visual, and animation design principles, you will ignite the imagination and show us what's possible.
This job is fun and moves fast. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, and remain calm and resilient in this fast-paced environment. The goal is to constantly push creative boundaries and create truly impactful experiences for our customers.
Create beautiful visuals that support world-class customer stories and reinforce product messaging across all platforms
Translate client business requirements, user needs, technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to understand, and emotionally engaging
Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes developers & product marketers to deliver a polished final product
Thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, agile environment
Demonstrate solid understanding of web design and user experience principles (UX/UI)
Design user interface motion graphics and animation
Communicate conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale visually and verbally
Own creative process from ideation to final deliverable
Minimum of 3 years professional work experience in design field
Professional experience in designing brand identities and applications for web, desktop, and mobile
Deep understanding of fundamental visual design disciplines (typography, iconography, composition, color, layout, etc.); able to create beautiful, dynamic, functional designs
Must be self-motivated, a good communicator, comfortable following direction, and able to balance great design with meeting short deadlines
A passion for helping people create, deliver and consume engaging presentations
Able to produce results independently as well as collaboratively in a team
Proficient in Adobe CC and Sketch
Nice to Haves
Proficient understanding of SLDS
Familiarity with Salesforce Product suite
Prototyping experience and familiarity a plus
Motion Graphics & 3D experience a plus
HTML/CSS understanding a plus
