To pursue large, digitally transformative wins, we are looking for a Business Development and Capture Manager for a leadership position within our Regulated Industries. The Business Development and Capture Manager drives the business Strategy for capturing large transformation deals from business development through proposal and the award stages of the sales cycle.


• Identify large, multi-year deals and develop relationships with associated key business decision makers

• Develop and execute account client call plans

• Identify, qualify, and manage pipeline for State and Local focused opportunities $50M• Consistently provide accurate strategic pipelines forecasts of large deals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to senior leadership

• Lead, coordinate, and respond to State and Local Government RFPs

• Build & Maintain Relationships within System Integrator Accounts – Understand the System Integrator business model and sales cycle

• Coordinate and support face-to-face customer meetings with senior management and C-Level Executives

The Business Development Manager should have extensive experience working with strategic State and Local Governments and should be deeply familiar with the organizational makeup, core missions and strategies of mission systems and government information technology environments. Knowledge of and work experience with Government agencies, specific Government programs, and the Government sales cycle as it relates to large mission support capture pursuits is considered mandatory. Ideal candidate will have experience working with State and Local Governments in support of healthcare, smart cities, and/or public safety initiatives.

The Business Development Manager will be an experienced, professional leader and communicator who is comfortable in front of large groups as well as senior government and industry personnel and should have a good understanding of Microsoft solutions and associated technologies, particularly Cloud. Preferred qualifications include: 8+ years technology consulting experience working with State and Local Governments; strong expertise with enterprise solutions; proven performance shaping and winning large programs; expertise managing the capture lifecycle and proposal process; exceptional leadership, negotiation, organizational, creative, presentation, written and verbal communication skills. The position may require 35-40% domestic travel with occasional international travel. Due to the nature of the Government Business, U.S. citizenship is required.
