As the Chief of Staff reporting to the Sr. Director of the US MTCs, you will be part of the senior leadership team to help formulate MTC strategies and connect strategy with programmatic execution. As an experienced business leader, you will define and manage the US MTC Rhythm of the Business (ROB), vendor relationships, develop strategies for US MTC-wide and geo-specific technical and business community events and acceleration, and create and leverage consistent communication streams for the organization. You will help to build/drive best practices and strategic rigor for full year business cadence within the team and with key partner organizations across MSUS, field sales teams and MS worldwide stakeholder teams and communities. You will support the organization leader with orchestrating the daily, quarterly, and annual planning, operating, and communication processes ensuring well-defined strategies are developed and tactically delivered successfully.

Responsibilities

  • Business Process - Define and lead the implementation of the MTC ROB, vendor management and budget oversight, and improve processes to run the business efficiently, including well defined outcome, predictable rhythms, clear business success metrics, regular communications and clear workback schedules.

  • Business Planning – Lead the quarterly and annual planning processes and strategic motions that contribute to landing fiscal year priorities. Work with cross-org counterparts and cross-company stakeholders for alignment and joint accountability.

  • Collaborate with key partners/stakeholders and team members to orchestrate on going alignment activities to drive business results and helping to establish consistent communication streams and vehicles to ensure the efforts of the MTCs is evangelized and socialized to all internal/external customers and stakeholders.

  • Contribute to MTC org strategy and execution program prioritization and connect the dot between business strategy and tactical execution, and how to execute and share MTC qualitative and quantitative insights, and ROB results across organization-wide business reviews, people rhythm, and finance rhythm, etc. to deliver against organization accountabilities.

  • People Enablement: - Execute employee award and recognition programs and drive employee engagement programs.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience working in a senior business leadership role in sales, marketing, business process management or related fields with strong financial/budget acumen.

  • Proven effectiveness in driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes and high-quality deliverables, and being methodical, detail oriented with strong process discipline.

  • Strong organizational agility in a fast-paced environment and proven cross-boundary collaboration capabilities, including v-team coordination.

  • A strategic thinker with proven experience in driving strategy and execution, who can dig deep but also see the big picture, orchestrate, and own decisions.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skillsto communicate to senior stakeholders across broader goals and strategies.

  • Traditional degrees are a great way, but not the only way, to demonstrate skills and abilities.
