Collaborate with the best known global brands
Cloud Support Engineer's are highly strategic and collaborative amongst a wide range of stakeholders. You are the first point of contact for our customers with troubleshooting complex web and networking issues. You will proactively review and mitigate risks, while minimizing potential disruption. Our team partners with Commerce and Public Sector customers.
As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Working independently with the customers to solve technical problems
Acting as a technical account manager to our strategic customers, to proactively analyze and solve technical issues
Working closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate problem resolution
Providing support for Commerce and Public Sector customers
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
Have U.S. CITIZENSHIP due to legal requirements of our customer base
Have 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, another related field or its equivalent.
Have experience with web programming languages such as HTML, Java Script and ASP
Enjoy the challenges working in DevOps environment with a focus on CLI and API
Understand how the internet and it's networks and protocols (IP, DNS and routing, HTTP, TCP or web architecture) works
Have experience providing technical solutions and support to enterprise Business-to-Business [B2B] customers
Have ability to communicate professionally with customers and collaborate with internal stakeholders
