Oracle Connectivity Partnership Management / Strategy in Cambridge, Massachusetts
Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.
As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.

Connectivity Partnership Management- Hospitality
This role is responsible for relationships with all distribution partnerships and working to enable their connectivity to OPERA Cloud Distribution with the best technical solution that meets both the partner and customer needs. You wil be responsible for the prioritiztion of new partners and enabling distribution partners to connect through the Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform. You will lead the organization to enable adoption of channels by the hotel customers and ensure that we provide clear product differentiators in the market. Additionally you will be the voice for our own Oracle Hospitality Distribution Cloud service representation services and develop a clear strategy for this business. This position will require knowledge to develop detailed buiness plans around product pricing and positioning and overall strategy.
Knowledge of the Distribution landscape of global hotels in various locations and market segments
3 – 5 years’ experience with strategic partner management in the hotel distribution landscape
5 years’ experience with managing CRS distribution platforms
Understanding of global OTA companies and how they integrates into various hotel systems
Develop and manage relationships with new and existing distribution partnerships
Prioritize new distribution partners based on revenue opportunities and strategic need
Ability to easily understand and communicate partner business needs into prioritized product requirements
Capability to work across various teams and align goals and projects (Strategy, Solutions Consulting, Marketing and Development…)
Understanding of various tools to manage product requirements from inception through the entire product lifecycle.
Participate in various global organizations to promote our leadership with distribution and understand new industry trends.
