Prior experience with program/project implementation also preferred (Agile or Scrum process). HTML & CSS, Photoshop/InDesign helpful. Harvard or higher education administration experience a plus. Demonstrated ability to triage and prioritize a high volume of time-sensitive tasks and communications. High level of independent judgment, initiative, discretion, collegiality, integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail required. Department:AdmissionsPre-Employment Screening:Criminal, Education, IdentitySchedule:35h per week; M-F 9-5Job Function:General Administration Duties & Responsibilities:Reporting to the Associate Director of Mentoring and Advising, the Program Administrator will be a key member in a small team responsible for the successful launch and implementation of a new directory, mentoring and advising platform for Harvard Law School students and alumni. This position will be working against tight deadlines and will be working closely with both business owners and the Information Technology team.Assist with the implementation of a new mentoring, advising and directory platform for Harvard Law School students and alumni. This involves revamping and consolidating several existing, but disparate systems as well as creating new programs in a more sophisticated platform.Work closely with HLS IT team for project implementation work to understand technical requirements, interfaces with other HLS systems and documentation required.Setup and editing of online platform and database; set up user profiles, manipulate and edit lists and datasets. Must have an interest in learning a new interface.Key contact person for platform vendor on customer service issues. Comfortable reaching out to vendor team for help and to check setup in new areas of the platform.Work with vendor and IT team to resolve technical glitches/bugs.Provide graphic design support and incorporate user feedback to create an interface that is professional and easy to navigate.Create, monitor and analyze usage and engagement reports. Pull reports from system for offices seeking information on users, mentoring matches, etc. Use reports to track program progressRespond to questions from users with a high level of customer service. Resolve issues in a clear and professional manner.
