Forrester Delivery Manager - Certification in Cambridge, Massachusetts

About This Role:

Forrester’s Certification team provides online learning programs, both as standalone course experiences and as an integrated feature of our subscription research services. The Certification Delivery Manager reports to the Experience Director and ensures that courses launch successfully, contributing to an outstanding client experience. This role entails expertise in our learning platform to help guide the processes that internal teams follow in utilizing the platform efficiently and effectively while driving toward continuous improvement. The Delivery Manager collaborates closely with the Experience Director, other members of the Certification team, and across the Forrester ecosystem to ensure our clients’ success.

Job Description:

  • Enable seamless delivery of online learning experiences.

  • Coordinate monthly course launches, including content tagging, content provisioning, course QA, and learner registration.

  • Work closely with product management and operations to test and implement product and experience improvements using an agile approach.

  • Partner with central operations to manage revenue reporting.

  • Supervise course delivery via client learning management systems (LMS), including the creation and testing of SCORM packages to ensure compatibility.

Job Requirements:

  • A BA or BS degree.

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a technical role.

  • History of working in learning management systems (LMS) or learning experience platforms (LXP).

  • Demonstrated expertise in reporting and data analysis using Salesforce and Excel.

  • The flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot priorities based on client and business needs.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Confidence to interact with learners and client stakeholders via phone, video conference, and email, as needed.
